Java (Sun) setting has to be configured as shown in the following snapshot under Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab.
Under Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Option ->Advanced tab, uncheck all Microsoft VM settings as follow.
Pop-up is allowed for any DiGi website (*.digi.com.my). If any pop-up blocker is enabling, configuration can be set in the pop-up blocker setting as below.
To make sure D’Polaris page is displayed correctly, kindly uncheck the 3rd party toolbars such as Yahoo!TM toolbar or GoogleTM toolbar
If you encounter that the page can not be displayed correctly as below, you can try to clear Java cache and re-login to D’Polaris page again.
To clear the Java cache, please follow the steps below.
Go to Start button -> Control Panel -> choose Java setting.
Click on the Delete Files and press “OK” button to clear all the Java cache.
After clear the Java cache, re-login to D’Polaris website again.
To ensure DiGi websites are not blocked by this program, configuration can be set under Status & Settings tab. Click the “Configure” button which located at Parental Control as below.
Besides the setting above, you also need to make sure DiGi websites are not blocked by Norton Internet Security program as below.
